Refund & Return Policy

At Girpur (www.girpur.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality FMCG products to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products such as Ghee, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or refund only in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during delivery

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product packaging is tampered with or defective

• The product has a quality issue

Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product opened or used after delivery

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect order placed by the customer

• Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, customers must:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide the following details:

o Order number

o Product name

o Description of the issue

o Clear photos of the product and packaging

4. Refund Process

If the return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

In some cases, we may offer replacement of the product instead of a refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

• Damaged product

• Incorrect product delivered
